NEIL WOOLLEY
Neil’s passion for hairdressing came from his mother, who inspired him from a young age. After training locally,
Neil moved to London and joined the X Factor team last year. His ambition was to work with Percy & Reed as
he had long admired Adam and Paul’s creativity and the energy they bring to their work. Neil’s natural talent for
hairdressing has excelled under their mentorship and Neil is quickly building a reputation for his own style.
