And because your hair is a big part of who you are, we asked our salon for their top recipes filled with nutritious and delicious hair friendly ingredients that will have your locks looking and feeling in tip top condition…

Graduate stylist Louise Tibbey, knows her way around the kitchen and has given us her favourite quick-to-cook recipe perfect for a hair detox.

“Salmon is full of Omega3 oils that are so good for strengthening your hair. So I like to grill mine after spreading some green pesto on the top with some added pine nuts. 15 mins is all you need and tastes great with steamed broccoli, another hair friendly food that is ffilled with vitamin C and Calcium. Steaming helps to maintain all the nutrients within the vegetable and with a wedge of Lime, I’m ready to enjoy!”
