Percy & Reed began the fashion season at Berlin Fashion Week as the styling team behind the LeVer Couture catwalk show.
A decadent fashion label that counts Lady Gaga as a fan, LeVer Couture was founded by Lessja Verlingieri in 2008 with only the first collection hitting runways in 2011.
This season’s offering featured sheer gowns and lace masterpieces paired with a sleek and elegant hair design to enhance the alluring appeal. The effortless yet styled look is a key trend for 2012, and here Adam and Paul tell us how they achieved this look:
"First, we refreshed the hair by spraying Percy & Reed's Dry Conditioner onto a paddle brush, before brushing through from the root. We then sectioned the hair before straigtening with Babyliss Flat irons using a medium heat. It’s a great idea to lightly mist each section with Percy & Reed Session Hold Hair Spray in order to prevent heat damage and help maintain the look.
We finished, by warming some Percy & Reed Finishing Polish into our hands, then smoothing through the mid lengths to end for extra shine. This style is not about poker straight hair, there should still be some life in it!"
