Paul Percival

Paul knew from a young age that he had a passion for hair – at the tender age of 17, he moved to London to train with Charles Worthington and Trevor Sorbie.  Soon, he was a sought after talent, jetting around the world to take care of the likes of Kylie Minogue and Bjork, before setting up Phamous Artists, his edgy, glamorous agency plugged into the fashion and music industries.

Paul’s published work has graced the pages of Vanity Fair, Vogue and Elle, and his advertising campaigns include Ralph Lauren and Harvey Nichols.  But his real passion is music – his career has taken him behind the scenes of some of the world’s greatest music videos and tours.  Will Young, Sugababes, Marina & the Diamonds, Mel C, The Hurts...  The list goes on.  Now one of the world’s leading session stylists, he’s settled in London with his wife and two girls.  Though the unique nature of his work means that things are still on the hectic side.

ADAM REED

Adam’s work on the fashion front lines have taken him all over the world, taming the locks of some of the world’s style icons.  He’s not all about the name-dropping, but he does count Henry Holland, Diane Kruger, Sophie Dahl and Noel Gallagher amongst his most loyal clients.  His reputation as a rare talent with a genuine, charismatic humility makes him much in demand for session and editorial hairstyling, working as head stylist backstage at prestigious shows including Marios Schwab and House of Holland, and for publications including Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire.

Adam’s been working in the top UK salons for over twenty years, and has an international reputation for creating elegant and iconic styles, often referred to as modern classics.  He is also now a respected teacher, sharing his creative aesthetic all round the world.

Andrew John Colour Director

Andrew has a reputation for creativity – his clients love the modern classic colour looks that he creates for them – so when he decided to work for a young and ambitious salon, we were delighted he chose us.  With two decades of experience, he’s probably forgotten more about colour than most of us will ever learn, and his creativity continues with his cutting-edge colour techniques

Ross Williams Creative Stylist

Ross has worked in London for the past 6 years, building up a superb client list – testament to his passion for hairdressing.  When he’s not working his magic in the salon, he can be found styling hair for music videos and magazines, tending to the likes of Lady Gaga, Westlife and Sugababes.  Ross is as renowned for colouring as he is for cutting, and knows how to translate key trends into beautifully wearable hair, ensuring your cut and colour work in perfect harmony.

Massy Ravenni Creative Stylist

Hailing from the chic streets of Florence, Massy has a wealth of experience both in Italy and over here, working on catwalk shows for Gucci, Versace and Armani at Milan Fashion Week, and various shows at London Fashion Week.  He has a reputation for impeccable taste, coupled with flair for creating feminine and desirable styles.  He’s also known for his personable approach, and will make time for an in-depth consultation – so that you’ll leave the salon looking, and feeling, a million dollars.

Lacey Hawkins Salon Manager

Confident style and impeccable taste, we think sums Lacey up rather well.  She combines savvy street hunter style with her knowledge of beautiful Parisian Finishing, which has made her a firm favourite with our younger clientele.  Lacey is also our Shu Uemura Ambassador, offering the She Uemura ceremonies to our clients and often travelling the country with Adam, teaching the Shu Uemura Art of Hair.

Amy norsworthy senior stylist

Amy has been hairdressing in London for 11 years and joined Percy & Reed almost three years ago. She is a Senior Stylist and specialises in Smoothing Treatments, Chemical Straightening and Extensions. Amy regularly works in the Fashion scene and has lots of experience working at London Fashion week, counting House of Holland, Erdem, Pringle and Matthew Williamson to name a few.

Neil Woolley Senior Stylist

Neil’s passion for hairdressing came from his mother, who inspired him from a young age. After training locally, Neil moved to London and joined the X Factor team last year. His ambition was to work with Percy & Reed as he had long admired Adam and Paul’s creativity and the energy they bring to their work. Neil’s natural talent for hairdressing has excelled under their mentorship and Neil is quickly building a reputation for his own style.

Sarah Howard Stylist

Sarah is the first true Percy & Reed graduate (we’re sooo proud), setting a new standard for entry-level stylists in London.  Coached and mentored by all the salon’s senior members, she’s now so good she’s already creating looks for Grazia and Look magazines.  Sarah has a great eye for natural shapes and textures, meaning you’ll leave the salon with a style which looks fantastic, and stays looking fantastic between salon visits.

louise tibbey graduate stylist

Once Louise finished university and then travelled the world, she was inspired to come into hairdressing. Her qualifications were completed in her hometown of Leicester, after which she moved to London to propel her career forward and get some different experience. Since joining Percy & Reed, Louise has worked with some top stylists and graduated to become an excellent stylist herself. She has a passion for creating modern classic colour.
