Percy is the genius behind Phamous, one of London’s most respected talent agencies for hair, make up and styling. Paul began his professional life in a range of top London salons, before starting a session career in collaboration with world-famous stylist Eugene Souleiman. In 2003, he established Phamous, amassing an imposing client list, while working backstage on shoots, music videos and international fashion weeks, globe-trotting between London, the USA, South Africa, Russia and Japan.
Percy's work has graced the pages of the world’s leading publications, not least: Vanity Fair, Vogue, Dazed & Confused, The Sunday Times, W and Wallpaper. He has worked with esteemed photographers such as Norman Watson, Tom Munro, Rankin and Matthew Donaldson, and with luminaries such as Kylie Minogue and The Sugababes and Will Young. His astute business awareness will drive the company’s operations.

Reed has long held a reputation here and abroad as Britain’s foremost young hairdresser. At 35, he has amassed almost two decades experience in the industry, during which time he has gained international renown for his gloriously flattering, instinctual artistry.
Despite his prestigious reputation, Reed maintains a charismatic, feet-on-the-ground attitude, impeccable honesty, and an intuitive understanding of what will deliver a client’s needs. It is these qualities that have won him a devoted following not only in a salon environment, but backstage at the world’s fashion weeks, behind the scenes of glamorous photo shoots, among the generation of upcoming stylists he has educated, and on the part of his enviable celebrity client list.
