No, Percy & Reed products do not contain parabens.

Yes, many of our products are formulated with skincare grade silicones, which provide unparalleled smoothing, moisturising and protection benefits to hair. We select premium quality, water soluble silicones which do not build up the hair and will not weigh down even the finest hair.

All of our new shampoos and conditioners, however, are completely silicone free!

If you prefer to avoid products containing SLS/SLES, we recommend our Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Wash Shampoo which contains an SLS/SLES-free foaming system. Dermatologically tested, it is gentle enough even for sensitive scalps.

Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Cleanse & Nourish is an alternative to traditional shampoo. A natural marvel for all hair types (97% natural in fact), this sulfate-free and detergent-free cleansing cream is the gentlest way to clean and care for your hair and scalp.

All of our new shampoos and conditioners are also sulphate free! In developing these new shampoos and conditioners, we wanted to focus on cleaner beauty. Dermatologically tested, our new shampoos and conditioners are suitable for even the most sensitive of skin.

Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Treatment Oil+ contains Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil. Macadamia is generally thought of as a nut and people can have an allergy to it. No other Percy & Reed products contain nuts.

The products below contain protein or starch derived from wheat. All other Percy & Reed products are gluten free.

Yes, they are.

Percy & Reed does not and has never tested its products, its active ingredients or its raw materials on animals at any point in the product development or manufacturing process.   

Percy & Reed is fundamentally committed to consumer health and safety. We believe that animal testing is not necessary to prove the safety and effectiveness of our products. Therefore, we are participating in the movement to end animal testing globally. To this end we are donors to the Institute for In Vitro Sciences (IIVS), which advocates the use of non-animal testing methods worldwide.

Percy & Reed only uses high quality ingredients with a longstanding, proven safety record.  We also use computer data and human volunteers to further validate the safety of our products.

Yes! All of our products are suitable for coloured hair. Our Wonder Wash Shampoo, Wonder Care Conditioner, and Time to Shine Colour Protect shampoo and conditioner, however, have been specifically formulated to protect your coloured hair.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver aerosols and sprays, as these are classed as 'hazardous' by our shipping partners. We can only deliver Hazmat items within the UK. We are sorry for the disappointment this may cause.
