How do I earn points with Percy & Reed?

You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on our website (excludes salon appointments). Remember to sign into your Percy & Reed Loyalty Programme account when making a purchase to ensure your loyalty points are added. 

You can also earn points by following us on Instagram @percyandreed, liking our Facebook page @percyandreed and sharing your birthday with us so we can give you a little birthday treat. 

Can I use &More loyalty points with third-party stockists?

Unfortunately, &More points can only be used on our official percyandreed.com website. They are not redeemable with stockists such as John Lewis, Sephora and Next. 

How does the &More loyalty scheme work alongside promotional codes and deals?

When you purchase items on sale or with a discount code, you’ll earn loyalty points just like with any other purchase. However, you won’t be able to combine the reward vouchers earned through your loyalty points with promotional codes for a ‘double discount’ unless otherwise stated. 

How do I view my &More point balance?

You can view and manage your points through the widget on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Please remember that points can take up to 72 hours to show up in your account.

How do I use the loyalty points to make a purchase with Percy & Reed?

Once you have earned £10 worth of points (100 points), go into your account to redeem your voucher. Remember to enter the voucher code at checkout stage.

How do I leave the &More loyalty program?

You can close your account by logging into your Percy & Reed Loyalty Account or contacting our Customer Service team.

What happens if I return an item I purchased with loyalty points?

If you return an order purchased on the website with loyalty points, the order will be refunded as Percy & Reed loyalty points, which will be credited to your account.
